We’re scaling our design function and looking to onboard a Junior Architect who’s hungry to grow, quick on the uptake, and ready to contribute to high-impact projects from day one. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, supporting our architectural pipeline while collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineering, and project management stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and visualization assets using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Partner with senior architects to translate project requirements into executable design solutions.
Assist in preparing presentations, material boards, and documentation for clients and internal reviews.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and follow-ups to ensure design intent is maintained end-to-end.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure alignment with specifications.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive design efficiency and innovation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
0–2 years of professional experience (internships included).
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and design standards.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
A portfolio showcasing academic and/or professional design work.
